Who we are
CompVer Consulting operates compver.com. Contact: info@compver.com.
What we collect
Inquiry form. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), service of interest, budget range (optional), and the message you write. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to manage the engagement.
Booking a call. The contact page offers an embedded scheduler (Cal.com) for booking a 15-minute intake call. If you use it, Cal.com collects your name, email address, the time you select, and any answer you give to the intake question, in order to schedule the call and send confirmation and reminder emails. The embed loads a script from Cal.com when that section of the page comes into view. You can avoid the third-party embed entirely by emailing us instead.
Analytics. This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are cookieless and do not collect personal data. They measure aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, browser type) without identifying individual visitors. No consent banner is required.
Server logs. Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) automatically logs standard web server data (IP address, request path, timestamp). These logs are retained per Vercel's data retention policy and are used for security and uptime monitoring.
Cookies. This site does not set any cookies of its own. If you open the embedded scheduler on the contact page, Cal.com may set cookies needed to operate the booking widget; these are not set unless you interact with that embed.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry.
- To communicate about a potential or active engagement.
- To monitor site uptime and security.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Third-party processors
Inquiry form submissions are sent via Web3Forms, which forwards the submission to our email and does not retain form data beyond delivery. See Web3Forms' privacy policy for their data handling practices.
Intake calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which processes the booking details you provide (name, email, selected time, and intake answer) to schedule the call and send related emails. This applies only if you choose to book a call. See Cal.com's privacy policy for their data handling practices.
This site is hosted on Vercel. See Vercel's privacy policy for hosting data handling.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have submitted by emailing info@compver.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration and reasonable wind-down period of that engagement. You may request deletion at any time.
Changes to this notice
If we make material changes to this notice, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated notice.
